THE COMPLAINT PROCESS
On November 17, 2016 Ms. Mary Wilman, the Chief Returning Officer (CRO), for the 2016 NTI Election for President received a formal letter of complaint. The letter is signed by Joe Adla Kunuk and it is a complaint about the actions of candidate Cathy Towtongie. A copy of the letter is included as Appendix “A” to this report. The letter alleges violation of two sections of the NTI Code of Conduct as follows:
